Boarding school: don’t be seduced by flashy rooms

Nick Morrison writes in the Telegraph, 13/10/2013, that sending a child to boarding school has never come cheap and value for money is more pressing than a school's fancy facilities. It follows a survey by the Good Schools Guide which found that fee-paying boarding schools charge an average of £27,600 a year. Tim Haynes (Tonbridge School) is quoted.
