Pupils ‘being damaged by endless tests set by Gove’

In an article in the Times, 01/10/2013, Greg Hurst reports on a letter written to the newspaper by Poet Laureate, Carol Ann Duffy, which says that “incessant testing” and school performance targets risk damaging the quality of childhood. HMC Chairman Tim Hands is also quoted.
