Improving German take-up
|
| |
Project description
|
|
Pupils in Y7 had been required to opt for French or German
at the outset. Numbers electing for German had been declining
for three years. From this September all Y7 pupils studied
both French and German for half the first term before electing
to specialise. The results are that we have 49 opting for
German compared with 22 three years ago.

Benefits
|
|
Pupils can now elect their MFL specialism from a position
of strength.
