Leadership coaching – driving growth and resilience

Tamsin Martle (Skynote Consulting)

Tamsin Martle - photoIncreasingly leaders from the top FTSE 100 companies are benefiting from Leadership Coaching to drive growth and resilience.  With this in mind how relevant is Leadership Coaching to HMC schools?

This interactive workshop is for Heads who are interested in exploring Leadership Coaching and the results that can be achieved by creating a ‘coaching culture’ across the whole spectrum of school life.

Tamsin will be joined by some HMC Heads who will be sharing their stories about the impact Leadership Coaching has had on them, their schools and their pupils. This includes strategic direction setting, improved leadership skills, staff retention, better resilience and enhanced sustainable performance.

This workshop will also help you to choose the right coach for you or your staff, explore potential costs and look at how to position Leadership Coaching’s return on investment with Governing bodies.
