Applications: The application process may vary from country
to country. Applications should include a full curriculum vitae,
including postal address and email address, a covering letter indicating
the reasons for applying and any special talents, interests or hobbies,
and a photocopy of a degree certificate. Applicants should also
include written letters of recommendation from two referees.
Deadline for submitting complete applications is determined
by the agency in each country, but is usually in mid or late
December.
Interviews will be arranged in each country by the coordinator.
Applicants who meet the necessary criteria will be invited for a
personal interview, which will be conducted by a member of HMC Projects
usually in January or February. The Administrator
(Mr Peter de Voil) will then seek to match their skills and experience
with the requirements of the schools which have offered placements.
Applicants will normally be informed if they have been successful
between March and May.
