Duncan Piper - The Unreasonables
Duncan Piper is former Head of School at Highgate. He went on to graduate with First Class Honours in English Literature and History of Art from the University of York in 2009 before taking up his offer from Procter & Gamble to join their Graduate Leadership Programme.
Since leaving P&G, Duncan has founded two leadership development organisations, which have supported over 7,000 students and staff to help them unlock their own leadership capacity - The Unreasonables (working with schools) and Blue Chip Leaders (working with undergraduates studying in the UK).
He is a Founding Trustee of The Advocacy Academy (one of the UK’s most innovative youth leadership charities, working with disadvantaged teenagers in inner-city London), a graduate of Common Purpose’s Frontrunner leadership programme, and has been trained by the Coaches Training Institute. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a business coach and mentor and formerly a Business Advisor to Young Enterprise and Governor of The Skinners’ Academy (a comprehensive school in East London).
