I have been Head of Leicester Grammar School since 2001, having previously been Deputy Head at Kimbolton School. At various times I've been a Head of a Geography Department, a senior boarding Housemaster, in charge of rugby, D.of E. and undertaken expeditions to various parts of the globe. Within HMC I have been a past Secretary and Chair of the East Division. I was Chair of the Professional development Committee from 2010 to 2014. I am an ISI inspector. I oversaw the move of Leicester Grammar School to a new £33 million purpose built site in 2008. I was the Chair of HMC 2015/16 and am Vice-Chair for 2016/17
