Gove’s timetable for exam reforms put back a year

Greg Hurst reports in the Times,  07/09/13, that Michael Gove’s exam reforms have suffered a further blow as he was forced to delay for a year the introduction of new A levels and GCSEs in several key subjects.

Plans to overhaul GCSEs hit further problems as the independent exams regulator Ofqual put back the timetable for most for a year, saying too much work is needed to be ready in time.
