Figures released by Cambridge reveal continuing success of independent school students in acceptances to the University.
Figures show that at Cambridge, for maths, 40% of applicants from independent schools were accepted compared to 19% from state schools. At Oxford, 22.8% of independent school applicants for maths were accepted compared to 14.5% from state schools.
