Paul Jones (Farrer & Co.)
Paul specialises in commercial contract work, much of it for cultural and higher education institutions and independent schools. This includes outsourcing, sponsorship, joint ventures and collaborations (including overseas schools and projects), event management and IT contracts.
Paul is listed in Chambers & Partners for his commercial contract expertise and is responsible for the model parent contract for the ISBA.
