Kincoppal-Rose Bay School of the Sacred Heart is a leading Catholic independent school that is part of the international network of Sacred Heart schools. Located in Rose Bay in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, the School caters for boys (P-6) and girls day (P-12) and boarding (Years 7 – 12).
With a 130 year tradition of educating hearts and minds, Kincoppal-Rose Bay prepares its students for lives of courage and confidence, educating them to discover their purpose; cultivate their talents and passions; and commit themselves to service as global citizens of the world. Whilst our School is steeped in tradition, we employ the latest technologies, techniques, and projects in the classroom and provide access to the latest thinking, concepts and practices in the broader world through initiatives such as the ‘Women and Leadership Forum’, ‘Australian Business Week’ and ‘City Immersion’.
Our focus is on the ‘positive education’ of the whole student - educating both the Heart and the Mind as the School’s motto ‘Cor Unum’ suggests. We encourage our students strive to attain the highest academic standards whilst providing an environment of love, opportunity and personal growth for each student. At Kincoppal-Rose Bay we are small enough for each student to be well known and supported, but large enough to offer the widest possible opportunities.
We celebrate the richness of our community that is comprised of many races, religions, and nationalities who together share the ethos of the School. Our academic and co-curricular programs promote global awareness and social responsibility, with students encouraged to become alert to the world beyond their own lives and to act where the need exists.
Kincoppal-Rose Bay is a School with a strong spirit and an even stronger heart that remains committed to developing young women and men of integrity and compassion, who are equipped with a life long love of learning.
