Optional online training session – 28/09/23 @4.15pm
This 90 minute session will provide an introduction to basic coaching and mentoring techniques and concepts.
Whilst this session has been designed with the ISQAM & PLQ programmes in mind, it will not include a briefing or explanation of either programme as that is available from the following online video:

What’s changed for 2023-24?
We will run online courses at both levels as well as our face-to-face courses.
There are no significant changes to overall module content or portfolio activities but we have included pre-session tasks for some modules and additional updated reading resources. Some activities have been clarified in terms of what is required and how to set out responses. All participant resources will now be available on Padlet rather than via paper copies.
