HMC is seeking a talented and detail-driven Management Accountant. Working closely with the Director of Finance and Operations, the successful candidate will play a central role in driving financial insight and supporting sound decision-making across HMC’s diverse activities. The post will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely management accounts, supporting budget management, contributing to strategic planning, and enhancing our financial systems and reporting processes. The role demands a meticulous approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly and confidently to a range of stakeholders.
