Revolutionising Education: Daisy Christodoulou’s Insights

Following the recent Curriculum and Assessment Review Interim Report and the third sold out Next Generation Assessment Conference (co-hosted by HMC, The Edge Foundation, Rethinking Assessment, and The University of Manchester); and following her highly-rated talk at last year’s Autumn Conference, Tom Lawson talks to Daisy Christodoulou about curriculum changes in the UK, about the importance of balancing traditional assessments with innovative methods, and about the complexities of educational assessment and the need for diverse approaches.

Tom then meets Tom Duckling, new headmaster at Dubai College. As well as a conversation about wanting to be an architect or football journalist, Tom D explains how he hopes to see more internationalism within whatever comes out of the current curriculum review; and how Dubai College is looking to learn more about who they are through their own school-based curriculum review ahead of looking at how to implement curriculum changes that come out of the government review.
