Castlegate Education is a growing strategic consultancy working exclusively for independent schools in the UK and overseas. There are three strands to our business:

a) International Strategy – We have over a decade of experience supporting schools setting up international operations, worldwide. We have been successful in school projects in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

b) Mergers and Acquisitions: Working exclusively for independent schools, we have been involved with a number of sales of independent schools to groups, and also mergers between charitable schools. Our client is the school, not the investor, and we work hard to ensure governors have confidence in the steps they need to take to secure the school for the future.

c) Strategic Support: We have helped independent schools in the UK and internationally to develop, refine and deliver strategy in the most turbulent times. Drawing on our network of experienced consultants we have supported Academic and Commercial developments, and the recruitment of key individuals at senior leadership level.
