Help with School Fees

HMC independent schools promote social diversity and the growth of financial support for parents across our schools provides opportunities for all pupils. Over a third of pupils in HMC independent schools across the UK received help with their school fees. In 2020/21 half of this was in the form of means-tested bursaries. Help with school fees is offered in a variety of forms:

  • Academic Scholarships
  • Specialist Scholarships for Sports, Music, Arts, Drama and ICT
  • Means-Tested Bursaries
  • Armed Forces Discounts
  • Government Grants

To find out more about the different forms of financial support on offer, please contact the schools directly. You can find your local school from the HMC schools directory.
