Castlegate Education | HMC Spring Conference 2025

Castlegate Education was founded by former HMC Head, Alex McGrath in 2020 with a mission to work exclusively for schools navigating strategic challenges. Our consultant team has international experience as well as having worked in IAPS and HMC schools, the for-profit sector, and within global institutions such as the British Council. We support with international expansion and partnerships; with strategic planning at home; development of commercial revenue streams; and lately we have been involved in helping schools with the integration of newly-acquired feeder or partner schools as they consolidate into a group structure. From April, 2025 we will be based in the city of York, and we support schools from all over the UK, as well as Europe and the United States. Our projects are global, and we have an international reach within Africa, North America, South East Asia and the Middle East.
