1A: Creating Research-Informed Interventions to Promote Flourishing at Your School

In this workshop, participants will create research-informed interventions to promote flourishing that target needs at their schools. Dr. Jim Heal and Dr. Christina Hinton from Research Schools International (RSI) and Harvard will guide participants through a process adapted from design thinking to create these research-informed flourishing interventions. Participants will leave the session with practical activities that they can implement to support wellbeing at their schools as well as a process for developing wellbeing interventions that are research-informed and respond to various needs at their schools.
