2 October 2023 - 4 October 2023
Crowne Plaza Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon
In this session Simon Bevan and Tabitha Cave, partners at VWV, will flag recent changes in legislation and case law relating to the management of staff, parents and pupils. This will include an update on discrimination claims and reasonable adjustment, fair procedure in complaints, flexible and hybrid working, strikes and the use of agency staff. They will not only explain the changes, but share the mood music sitting behind them and give practical tips on how to reduce risk in practice.
